Why Your Marketplace Connection Was Revoked

PlugoSync connects to various marketplaces using an API, which relies on the marketplace's system. Several factors can cause a disconnection:

  1. Marketplace Unavailability:

    • If the marketplace experiences downtime or an unexpected issue, your shop’s connection to PlugoSync may be cut off.

  2. Marketplace Maintenance:

    • Marketplaces occasionally perform maintenance that may restart all active connections, including yours with PlugoSync.

    • Solution: Regularly monitor your connections and check notifications in PlugoSync for any updates.

Specific Marketplace Requirements

Tokopedia
  • Power Merchant Requirement:

    • If you lose your Power Merchant status, your connection to PlugoSync will be automatically revoked.

    • Solution: Check your seller status and performance on Tokopedia to ensure you maintain Power Merchant status.

Lazada
  • Subscription Packages:

    • Lazada requires you to purchase specific packages that have expiration dates. If your package expires, your connection will be cut.

    • Solution: Regularly review your Lazada subscription and ensure it's active to keep your connection with PlugoSync intact.

Shopee
  • Connection Duration:

    • Shopee requires input on how long you want to keep your connection active with PlugoSync. If the connection duration expires, it will be revoked.

    • Solution: Regularly verify the expiry date of your Shopee integration on the integration page, and renew the connection as needed.
