Product Merge Condition
Definition
Product merge is the process of combining your products from different shops or marketplaces into one, allowing you to manage product information and stock more easily in PlugoSync. This helps you track your products efficiently and reduces the risk of overselling.
Condition to Merge PlugoSync
Product Merge happens automatically during the product import process. If your product has the same number of variations and matching Variation SKUs as an existing master product, it will be automatically merged. You can find these merged products under "Merged Products" on the product import page.
When importing for the first time, your products will only appear as "New Products." With subsequent imports, you'll see more items categorized under "Merged Products."

If a product appears under "New Products" but should be merged, this may indicate differences in variant counts or SKUs. In this case, you can either verify the product details in the marketplace or import it as a new product and merge it manually.
