Managing Chat from Multiple Marketplaces with PlugoSync
PlugoSync allows you to manage all your chats from various marketplaces in one place. After completing the integration process, you will have access to the chat features for each connected marketplace.
How to Integrate
Navigate to the Integration Page to link your marketplace shops to PlugoSync.
Once your shop is integrated, go to the Chat Page to manage your conversations.
If any integration is missing, you will see a disconnection icon next to the shop’s name on the Chat Page, indicating that re-integration is needed.
Chat Features
New Chat Notifications: Icons showing the number of new messages for each marketplace.
Filters: Sort your messages into unread and read for better organization.
Media Sharing: Send images and other media files for clearer communication.
Shopee Stickers: Use marketplace-specific stickers like Shopee’s to enhance interactions.
Product Attachments: Attach product information directly in your chat to help guide conversations.
Order Attachments: Easily include order details in your messages.
Emoticons: Add emoticons using your keyboard on both desktop and mobile versions.
Mobile Access
You can manage your chats on mobile by visiting sync.plugo.world and logging in. The mobile interface offers the same functionality as the desktop version.
