How to Integrate Shopee

Go to the CHANNELS page, then to the SHOPEE section.

Click the CONNECT button.

A new page will appear, select the country corresponding to your Shopee account.

Enter your store credentials.

If successful, you will be redirected back to PlugoSync.

If you do not receive the OTP, you can check the following:

1. Are you acting as a super admin? You can check in the accounts settings

   
   

2. Have you changed your phone number recently? You can contact Shopee's Seller center

   
   

3. Do you have WhatsApp Business?

   You can turn off your business status and turn it back on after receiving the OTP.
