How to Reconnect Works
Sometimes, the connection between your marketplace and PlugoSync might be disrupted due to various reasons, such as network instability or marketplace issues. When this happens, you'll need to manually reconnect your marketplace to resume syncing.
How to Identify a Disconnected Marketplace
Red Indicator on Integration Menu:
In the left submenu of PlugoSync, navigate to the Integration section.
If the connection is disrupted, you'll notice a red indicator next to the marketplace.
Reconnect Button:
Click the Integration menu, and you'll see a red Reconnect button for the affected marketplace.
Simply click the button to start the reconnection process.
The reconnection issue may also occur on chat channels. In these cases, you'll see a Reconnect button on the chat integration. Click it and follow the on-screen steps to reestablish the connection.
