Product Importing Rules

When importing products from the marketplace to PlugoSync, only active products will be imported. What does this mean for you?

• Archived / Hidden / Draft / Violated Products from the marketplace will not be imported to PlugoSync.

• These products will not appear in the master product list, meaning you cannot merge them if they haven't been merged first. You also cannot register them as new products or update existing master product information.

This change helps you focus on the products you currently have without spreading your efforts too thin by managing too many products simultaneously.

Tokopedia Case: Products without stock are also considered archived. Make sure to check your products and stock levels on Tokopedia.
