Product Export/Upload Guide


Understanding how to export or upload products is key to effective product management in PlugoSync. Updates made in PlugoSync won't automatically reflect in the marketplace, so you'll need to export them manually. Here's how:


Instructions


In the Master Products Page:

  1. Navigate to the products using filters, search, or the current visualization.

  2. Select the products you want to export.

  3. Choose the channel where you want to publish the products.

  4. Click "Publish" to proceed to the product export page.

In the Channel Products Page:
  1. Edit the product information as needed.

  2. Check the product status:

    • UNPUBLISHED: Verify if the product is already connected in PlugoSync to avoid duplication.

    • LIVE: The product information will be updated.

  3. Click "Publish" to finalize.


Export Confirmation Page

On the export confirmation page, you'll see the selected products and any error messages. Fix any issues based on the error messages provided before completing the export.



Error Messages


During export, errors like missing names or overly detailed descriptions may occur. PlugoSync will provide error messages with solutions. If needed, you can contact the Plugo Team for support. You can also refresh the page if the product status doesn't update as expected.
