Manual Product Merge

Following Automatic Product Merge , if you have unmerged products in the Master Products, you can easily merge or combine products from different shops. Whether the products have different SKUs or variant counts, PlugoSync helps you merge them seamlessly.

Here’s how to do it: Demo Link

1. Register and import your products into the PlugoSync Master Product.

2. Select the product you want to merge.

3. Search for another master product by SKU or product name.

4. Review the merged product and confirm the changes.

5. The confirmation page will display the final merged product, showing updated stock levels and variant details.

After merging, you can review the channel products to see the impact, such as new variants or variants no longer displayed in your marketplace. You can also adjust the activeness of each variant based on your business strategy.

Once your products are manually merged, stock levels will be combined accordingly. If your base product has auto-distribution enabled, it will carry over to the merged product. If unsure, you can always verify the stock levels by clicking on the stock page in the master product or directly in the stock page.

Note: Manual product merging does not alter product information unless you decide to make changes. It only modifies the structure within PlugoSync. You can always archive a master product and start again by re-importing the product.
